Shipping Policy:
Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to get your order to you as quickly and securely as possible. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy below.
Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days from the time of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the following business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped, along with tracking information.
Shipping Method & Rates
- Whenever possible, we use USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Shipping for the Smart Kits, Solo Smart Kits, and Fleet Smart Kits, which includes tracking and delivery generally within 1-3 business days after shipping.
- All other items are shipped USPS standard and will generally arrive 3-7 business days after shipping.
- Shipping costs are fixed, based on USPS pricing that we discount.
- Shipping costs will be displayed automatically at checkout.
- Free shipping for orders under $50 and over $250 (Shipped USPS standard)
-$8 shipping for orders between $50 & $75 (Shipped USPS Priority Flat Rate)
- $15 shipping for orders between $75 & $150 (Shipped USPS Priority Flat Rate)
- $20 shipping for orders between $150 & $250 (Shipped USPS Standard)
Domestic Shipping Only
- We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
- Please note: Transit times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and weather conditions.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment directly on the USPS website.
Address Accuracy
- Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for any delays or misdeliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
- If you realize you’ve entered the wrong address after placing your order, please contact us at info@donnybrook.pro as soon as possible so we can attempt to make corrections before the order ships.
Lost or Damaged Items
- In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at info@donnybrook.pro immediately. We will work with USPS to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
- Please keep all packaging and take photos of any damaged items, as these may be required for claims with USPS.
